Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are made via express courier throughout Italy.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days from payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to the customer during the checkout process.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice to info@everlux.it.
The goods must be returned intact, unused, and complete with the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund (including the cost of standard delivery) will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

• sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
